The WhiteRock Group was founded in 2015 in Dallas, Texas. Since then, our work, partnerships, and lessons learned have brought the world to our doorstep, allowing us to create impact on a global scale.

In 2015, Facebook, now Meta, asked us to support work tied to its MAU — monthly active users — North Star mission. That partnership reaffirmed the impact we wanted to have and the belief that still guides us today: The technology is not the thing — the customer experience is. We were helping reimagine and add value to a global brand, and that work helped shape the core values we still hold today. That partnership went well, so we kept going.

Next, we partnered with HubSpot to envision, scale, and grow CRM service offerings that helped founders and teams become stronger go-to-market operators. Today, HubSpot serves more than 288,000 customers in over 135 countries — a reminder of what happens when technology, customer experience, and go-to-market execution work together.

Over time, we saw the same pattern repeat across founders, operators, and investors: growth creates complexity. Sales gets disconnected from operations. Technology gets implemented without adoption. Customer experience becomes fragmented. Teams move fast, but not always together.

We started the private equity division of The WhiteRock Group to provide Revenue Value Creation™ for private equity groups and founder-led brands by bridging due diligence, integrations, and enablement under one roof. We help create value for companies preparing for growth, integrating after investment, professionalizing the revenue engine, or building a more valuable business before exit.

Today, we span two continents with a tight-knit team and a network of world-class experts. With decades of experience creating, designing, growing, and connecting world-class brands and businesses, we are not afraid to venture past the expected. We have been there through the good and the bad, the successes and the failures. We have taken those lessons and built them into how we serve our partners today.
